Shilo Rabin
A documentary sound work.
A polyphonic composition born from a year of recording and writing within the climate of Israel 2026. The raw materials of the work: encounters with strangers and acquaintances, movement through public space, and personal poetics, all come together into a sequence of 12 documentary, poetic, and instrumental pieces that touch on questions of mythology, generationality, the social-political, and heat waves that continue to break temperature records.
“Hundred women set out for Geneva
Under stormy skies, they sat for a full year
contemplating a bowl and how to turn it upside down”
